Dear farm supporter:
Our main season is winding down, making this the last chance to get storage food for the winter. It is nice to have a stash of sweet potatoes and butternuts in the pantry and both should last into the spring if stored at room temperature (between 60-80 degrees). A bushel of each should last 2 people a month or two, though they should keep longer than that. The flavor will actually improve as they continue to cure.
Normal price for sweet potatoes is $100/bushel. Butternut is typically $75/bushel. All orders are first come, first serve!
